L’invention concerne un ustensile (1) pour l’ouverture d’une bouteille de boisson mousseuse comportant un bouchon emmanché dans un goulot, comprenant : -un réservoir (10) ;-un corps (20) comportant un accès (201) au réservoir selon une première direction (A), cet accès (201) présentant une section supérieure à la section d’un bouchon de bouteille de champagne, le corps (20) retenant le réservoir (10) selon la première direction (A) ;-une pince (30) comportant des premier (301) et deuxième bras (302) allongés selon la première direction (A), un passage (303) étant ménagé entre les premier (301) et deuxième bras (302), le passage (303) étant configuré pour permettre le passage d’un bouchon selon la première direction (A) jusqu’à l’accès (201) au réservoir (10), le premier bras (301) comportant un ergot (3012) en saillie dans ledit passage (303) selon une deuxième direction (B) perpendiculaire à la première direction (A), un desdits bras étant mobile par rapport au corps (20) selon la deuxième direction (B).
