Abstract

L’invention porte sur un système (10) de suivi et de contrôle centralisé de la consommation en eau d’un bâtiment de plusieurs étages comportant : un boitier hydraulique maître (1), au moins deux boîtiers hydrauliques esclaves (2) chacun étant associé à un étage, au moins un dispositif de suivi (3) et un objet connecté (4) de contrôle, ledit objet connecté de contrôle (4) comportant : un module de communication apte à recevoir, pour chacun des étages du bâtiment, les valeurs de consommation en eau habituelles et les valeurs de consommation en eau observées, et un module d’affichage (410) apte à les afficher. L’invention porte également sur un bâtiment couplé à un tel système et un procédé de suivi et de contrôle centralisé de la consommation en eau d’un bâtiment de plusieurs étages.
