L’invention porte principalement sur un closoir (10) configuré pour être intégré partiellement sous une ligne de tuiles faitières de toiture (103), le closoir (10) étant formé d’une unique pièce profilée comprenant : - une portion supérieure, - une portion centrale comprenant deux pans (11) agencés de part et d’autre de la portion supérieure (23), chaque pan (11) étant muni d’au moins une ouverture (21) configurée pour ventiler l’intérieur de la ligne de tuiles faitières (101), - une portion inférieure 12 comprenant deux ailettes (24) latérales, chacune des ailettes (24) étant reliée à une portion centrale (23) et s’étendant chacune depuis la portion centrale (23) de manière saillante.
