Système de détection de présence d’une personne occupant un siège (1) d’un véhicule (2), comportant : - au moins un capteur infrarouge (3), agencé pour recevoir un rayonnement infrarouge émis par la personne occupant le siège (1) ; - un capteur de température, agencé pour mesurer la température à l’intérieur du véhicule (2) ; - une unité de traitement de données, configurée pour établir la présence de la personne occupant le siège (1) à partir des données du capteur infrarouge (3) et du capteur de température.
