Abstract

Le domaine de l’invention est celui des ballons stratosphériques comportant une nacelle (30) et un dispositif d’orientation et de stabilisation de ladite nacelle, la nacelle étant suspendue sous le ballon stratosphérique par deux chemins de corde (31, 32) parallèles entre eux, celle-ci pouvant se déplacer librement sur ces deux chemins de corde en roulis, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d’orientation comporte : - un rail (35) en arc de cercle disposé sous le ballon stratosphérique entre les deux chemins de corde ;- Un premier chariot (36) mobile sur ledit rail, disposé à droite de la nacelle et relié à celle-ci ;- Un second chariot (37) mobile sur ledit rail, ledit chariot mobile disposé à gauche de la nacelle et relié à celle-ci ;- Un dispositif de commande de la position des deux chariots mobiles sur le dit rail, le déplacement des chariots entraînant le déplacement de la nacelle en translation sur les deux jeux de corde.
