L’invention concerne un dispositif comportant un plateau (1) de service comprenant une face supérieure (2) fonctionnelle plane pour la réception d’un ou plusieurs produits à porter et une face inférieure (3) opposée à ladite face supérieure, caractérisé en ce que :- tout ou partie de la face supérieure (2) est recouverte d’un revêtement (200) ayant une propriété d’adhérence aux produits, - le plateau (1) coopère avec au moins un élément antidérapant (300) s’opposant à la rotation dudit plateau autour d’un axe (X1-X1) normal à la face supérieure (2) lorsque, en usage, un couple de torsion (C) est appliqué à un desdits produits (P) adhérant au revêtement (200), ledit couple étant appliqué selon un axe (X1-X1) normal à la face supérieure (2).
