Abstract

L’invention concerne un dispositif de bobinage d’un tube souple comportant deux lames LAM solidaires en rotation selon un axe de pivotement PIVO figurant à l’extrémité gauche de ces lames. Description

Dispositif de bobinage d’un tube soupleDevice for winding a flexible tube

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de bobinage d’un tube souple. Par tube souple on entend, à titre d’exemple, tuyaux, cordages, fils électriques ou câbles.
Généralement, on rencontre de la difficulté à enrouler, autrement dit à bobiner, les tuyaux d’arrosage, les tuyaux d’aspirateur de piscine ou les câbles électriques car ils se tordent, se vrillent en tout sens et donc se détériorent rapidement. Il est très malaisé de faire un enroulement satisfaisant.
La présente invention a ainsi pour objet de faciliter le bobinage d’un tube souple.
Selon l’invention, un dispositif de bobinage d’un tube souple comporte deux lames solidaires en rotation selon un axe de pivotement figurant à l’extrémité gauche de ces lames ; de plus :
une de ces lames présente sur son bord gauche une première encoche ouverte vers le haut qui est formée par un premier arc de cercle dont l’origine est un point de raccordement situé sur le bord droit de cette encoche et sur l’axe longitudinal de ce dispositif,
cette lame présente sur son bord droit une seconde encoche ouverte vers le haut qui est formée par un second arc de cercle dont l’origine est un point de raccordement situé sur le bord droit de cette encoche et sur l’axe longitudinal de ce dispositif, et
un diamètre de ces arcs de cercles est supporté par cet axe longitudinal.
Ainsi, on forme une première boucle sur le tuyau présentant donc deux brins. On ouvre le dispositif de manière à introduire les deux brins dans les encoches correspondantes. Finalement, on referme le dispositif pour emprisonner les deux brins qui sont de la sorte immobilisés. Il suffit alors de faire tourner la boucle ainsi formée pour procéder au bobinage du tuyau.
Avantageusement, les deux arcs de cercles ont des diamètres identiques.
De préférence, l’un de ces arcs de cercles présente un angle au centre égal à la somme de 180° et d’un angle supplémentaire compris entre 0° et 50°.
Il est en effet préférable que cet angle supplémentaire soit supérieur à 0° pour pincer légèrement le tuyau lors de son introduction dans le dispositif.
A titre d’exemple, cet angle supplémentaire vaut 45°.
Suivant un mode de réalisation privilégié, une entretoise est disposée sur l’axe de pivotement entre les deux lames.
Pour plus de commodité, des moyens de maintien sont prévus qui sont fixés à l’axe de pivotement.
Finalement, on peut prévoir une butée sur l’une de ces lames, butée qui est perpendiculaire à cette lame.
La présente invention apparaîtra maintenant avec plus de détails dans le cadre de la description qui suit d’un exemple de réalisation donné à titre illustratif en se référant aux figures annexées qui représentent :
la figure 1, un schéma d’une lame selon l’invention,
la figure 2, un schéma du dispositif refermé, et
la figure 3, un schéma du dispositif ouvert.
Les éléments présents dans plusieurs figures sont affectés d’une seule et même référence.
En référence à la figure 1, une lame LAM se présente comme une plaque allongée en forme de rectangle dont les petits côtés sont arrondis, cette plaque présentant un axe longitudinal AXL qui correspond avec celui du dispositif. Elle est pourvue d’un axe de pivotement PIVO qui figure sur son bord gauche et qui est ici supporté par l’axe longitudinal AXL.
La lame LAM présente sur son bord gauche une première encoche En1 ouverte vers le haut. On définit deux points de raccordement P1, P2 comme les points d’intersection de l’encoche et de l’axe longitudinal AXL.
Cette première encoche En1 prend la forme d’un premier arc de cercle Ac1.
La lame LAM présente sur son bord droit une seconde encoche En2 ouverte vers le haut. On définit deux points de raccordement P3, P4 comme les points d’intersection de cette encoche et de l’axe longitudinal AXL.
Cette seconde encoche En2 prend la forme d’un second arc de cercle Ac2.
Le premier arc de cercle Ac1 se présente ici comme un demi-cercle.
Le second arc de cercle Ac2 présente un angle au centre qui vaut la somme de 180° et d’un angle supplémentaire K. Il se termine en un point P5 figurant l’extrémité droite de la lame LAM. Cet angle supplémentaire K est au moins égal à 0°. Dans la pratique, il dépasse cette valeur pour aller jusqu’à 50°. Typiquement, il vaut de l’ordre de 45°.
En référence à la figure 3, deux lames, la lame supérieure 31 et la lame inférieure 32 sont assemblées face à face selon leur axe de pivotement PIVO qui est commun. Le moyen d’assemblage (non représenté) peut être un boulon, un axe maté, un rivet ou tout autre moyen analogue connu de l’homme du métier.
On distingue sur la première lame 31 une butée 33 qui fait saillie vers l’arrière et qui est donc perpendiculaire à la lame. Cette butée a une double fonction :
elle facilite la prise en main du dispositif, et
elle limite la rotation des deux lames 31, 32 l’une par rapport à l’autre.
On peut éventuellement prévoir une entretoise (non représentée) entre les deux lames 31, 32 le long de l’axe de pivotement PIVO.
Le dispositif est ici représenté ouvert, si bien que l’on peut introduire un tube souple dans l’une des encoches pourvu qu’il ait le même diamètre que les arcs de cercle.
De plus, on peut former une boucle présentant donc deux brins pour introduire le premier brin dans l’encoche gauche de la lame supérieure 31 et le second brin dans l’encoche droite de cette même lame.
En référence à la figure 3, le dispositif est représenté refermé. On distingue bien les deux cercles formés par les deux lames lorsque leurs axes longitudinaux sont alignés.
Ces deux cercles permettent d’emprisonner chacun un brin de la boucle.
On distingue de plus des moyens de maintien 35 destinés à emprisonner le tube souple lorsqu’il est complètement enroulé. Il peut s’agir d’un lacet ou d’un ruban muni d’une bande auto-agripante. Idéalement, il est fixé sur l’axe de pivotement PIVO.
L’exemple de réalisation de l’invention présenté ci-dessus a été choisi eu égard à son caractère concret. Il ne serait cependant pas possible de répertorier de manière exhaustive tous les modes de réalisation que recouvre cette invention. En particulier, tout moyen décrit peut être remplacé par un moyen équivalent sans sortir du cadre de la présente invention.

this blade has on its right edge a second notch open upwards which is formed by a second arc of a circle whose origin is a connection point located on the right edge of this notch and on the longitudinal axis of this device, and
a diameter of these circular arcs is supported by this longitudinal axis.
Thus, a first loop is formed on the pipe therefore having two strands. The device is opened so as to introduce the two strands into the corresponding notches. Finally, the device is closed to imprison the two strands which are thus immobilized. It is then sufficient to rotate the loop thus formed to proceed with the winding of the pipe.
Advantageously, the two circular arcs have identical diameters.
Preferably, one of these circular arcs has a central angle equal to the sum of 180° and an additional angle comprised between 0° and 50°.
It is in fact preferable for this additional angle to be greater than 0° in order to slightly pinch the pipe when it is introduced into the device.
By way of example, this additional angle is 45°.
According to a preferred embodiment, a spacer is arranged on the pivot axis between the two blades.
For convenience, holding means are provided which are attached to the pivot pin.
Finally, an abutment can be provided on one of these blades, an abutment which is perpendicular to this blade.
The present invention will now appear in more detail in the context of the following description of an exemplary embodiment given by way of illustration with reference to the appended figures which represent:
Figure 1, a diagram of a blade according to the invention,
FIG. 2, a diagram of the closed device, and
Figure 3, a diagram of the open device.
The elements present in several figures are assigned a single reference.
Referring to Figure 1, a LAM blade is presented as an elongated plate in the shape of a rectangle whose short sides are rounded, this plate having a longitudinal axis AXL which corresponds with that of the device. It is provided with a pivot axis PIVO which appears on its left edge and which is here supported by the longitudinal axis AXL.
The blade LAM has on its left edge a first notch En1 open upwards. Two connection points P1, P2 are defined as the points of intersection of the notch and the longitudinal axis AXL.
This first notch En1 takes the form of a first arc of a circle Ac1.
The blade LAM has on its right edge a second notch En2 open upwards. Two connection points P3, P4 are defined as the points of intersection of this notch and the longitudinal axis AXL.
This second notch En2 takes the form of a second arc of a circle Ac2.
The first arc of a circle Ac1 appears here as a semicircle.
The second arc of a circle Ac2 has an angle at the center which is the sum of 180° and an additional angle K. It ends at a point P5 representing the right end of the blade LAM. This additional angle K is at least equal to 0°. In practice, it exceeds this value to go up to 50°. Typically, it is around 45°.
Referring to Figure 3, two blades, the upper blade 31 and the lower blade 32 are assembled face to face along their pivot axis PIVO which is common. The assembly means (not shown) can be a bolt, a peened axle, a rivet or any other similar means known to those skilled in the art.
We distinguish on the first blade 31 a stop 33 which projects rearwardly and which is therefore perpendicular to the blade. This stop has a double function:
it facilitates handling of the device, and
it limits the rotation of the two blades 31, 32 relative to each other.
One can optionally provide a spacer (not shown) between the two blades 31, 32 along the pivot axis PIVO.
The device is shown here open, so that a flexible tube can be introduced into one of the notches provided that it has the same diameter as the circular arcs.
In addition, one can form a loop therefore having two strands to introduce the first strand into the left notch of the upper blade 31 and the second strand into the right notch of this same blade.
Referring to Figure 3, the device is shown closed. We clearly distinguish the two circles formed by the two blades when their longitudinal axes are aligned.
These two circles each make it possible to imprison a strand of the loop.
There are also retaining means 35 intended to imprison the flexible tube when it is completely rolled up. It can be a lace or a ribbon with a hook-and-loop strip. Ideally, it is fixed on the pivot axis PIVO.
The exemplary embodiment of the invention presented above was chosen with regard to its concrete nature. However, it would not be possible to list all the embodiments covered by this invention in an exhaustive manner. In particular, any means described can be replaced by equivalent means without departing from the scope of the present invention.

Claims (7)

Dispositif de bobinage d’un tube souple comportant deux lames (LAM, 31, 32) solidaires en rotation selon un axe de pivotement (PIVO) figurant à l’extrémité gauche desdites lames caractérisé en ce que :
une desdites lames (LAM) présente sur son bord gauche une première encoche (En1) ouverte vers le haut qui est formée par un premier arc de cercle (Ac1) dont l’origine est un point de raccordement (P2) situé sur le bord droit de cette encoche et sur l’axe longitudinal (AXL) de ce dispositif,
ladite lame (LAM) présente sur son bord droit une seconde encoche (En2) ouverte vers le haut qui est formée par un second arc de cercle (Ac2) dont l’origine est un point de raccordement (P4) situé sur le bord droit de cette encoche et sur l’axe longitudinal (AXL) de ce dispositif, et
un diamètre desdits arcs de cercles (Ac1, Ac2) est supporté par ledit axe longitudinal (AXL).
