Accessoire de coiffure chauffant s’étendant longitudinalement selon un axe (X-X’) entre une extrémité proximale et une extrémité distale, ledit accessoire comportant un embout de préhension (24) au moins partiellement creux s’étendant longitudinalement selon et autour de l’axe (X-X’) et assemblé sur ladite extrémité distale, ledit embout de préhension (24) étant conçu pour être saisi par l’utilisateur de l’accessoire, caractérisé en ce que l’embout de préhension (24) est libre en rotation par rapport à l’accessoire (2) et en ce que l’extrémité distale s’étend à l’intérieur et au contact de l’embout de préhension (24) longitudinalement selon l’axe (X-X’), l’extrémité distale assurant un premier guidage en rotation de l’embout de préhension (24) par rapport à l’accessoire en une pluralité de points selon l’axe (X-X’).
