Abstract
L’invention concerne un dispositif de pré-charge comportant : a. une borne d’alimentation destinée à recevoir un courant d’activation dudit dispositif, b. un transistor comportant : i. une borne d’entrée de courant, ii. une borne de sortie de courant, et iii. une borne de commande, la borne d’entrée étant destinée à être connectée à une première source de tension, la borne de sortie étant destinée à être connectée électriquement à la charge, la borne de sortie fournissant un courant de pré-charge lorsque ladite borne de sortie est connectée à la charge et ladite borne d’entrée est connectée à la première source de tension et lorsque ladite borne d’alimentation reçoit le courant d’activation, et c. un circuit de limitation du courant d’activation conçu pour générer un courant dérivé, ledit courant dérivé limitant le courant d’activation de sorte que la borne de commande reçoit un courant de commande tel que le transistor fonctionne en régime linéaire afin d’asservir le courant de pré-charge à une valeur de référence, le circuit de limitation de courant comporte : i. un amplificateur opérationnel agencé pour comparer une tension représentative du courant de pré-charge à une tension de référence, afin de fournir une tension de sortie en fonction de la comparaison, et ii. un circuit générateur de courant conçu pour générer le courant dérivé en fonction de la tension de sortie de l’amplificateur opérationnel. Figure pour l’abrégé : Figure 1The invention relates to a pre-charging device comprising: a. a power supply terminal intended to receive an activation current from said device, b. a transistor comprising: i. a current input terminal, ii. a current output terminal, and iii. a control terminal, the input terminal being intended to be connected to a first voltage source, the output terminal being intended to be electrically connected to the load, the output terminal supplying a pre-charge current when said terminal output is connected to the load and said input terminal is connected to the first voltage source and when said power supply terminal receives the activation current, and c. an activation current limiting circuit designed to generate a derivative current, said derivative current limiting the activation current so that the control terminal receives a control current such that the transistor operates in linear mode in order to slavish the precharge current to a reference value, the current limiting circuit comprises: i. an operational amplifier arranged to compare a voltage representative of the pre-charge current with a reference voltage, in order to provide an output voltage according to the comparison, and ii. a current generator circuit designed to generate the derivative current based on the output voltage of the operational amplifier.
