Drain configuré pour évacuer des fuites de fluide, tel que du carburant, depuis un système de collecte de fuites d’un aéronef, et aéronef associé Drain (10) configuré pour évacuer des fuites de fluide, tel que du carburant, depuis un système de collecte de fuites (4) d’un aéronef, le drain (10) comportant : - un tube rigide (11) solidaire d’une platine (13), la platine (13) étant prévue pour être fixée à une paroi extérieure de l’aéronef ; - un tuyau flexible (12) configuré pour joindre le système de collecte (4) au tube rigide (11), une extrémité du tuyau flexible (12) logeant à l’intérieur du tube rigide (11) ; le tube rigide (11) comportant une gorge (14), la gorge (14) étant configurée pour permettre une désolidarisation du tube rigide (11) de la platine (13) à l’emplacement de ladite gorge (14).
