Titre de l'invention : Véhicule automobile avec pied central renforcé en sa partie inférieure et procédé d’assemblage d’un tel véhicule L’invention concerne un véhicule automobile comprenant au moins un longeron (1) de bas de caisse ; au moins un pied central comprenant un renfort (3) de pied central et une doublure (5) de pied central et au moins une doublure inférieure (7) de pied central disposée dans le longeron (1) mais s’étendant au-delà de ses feuillures de jonction. L’extrémité inférieure de la doublure (5) de pied central montre au moins une oreille (9) s’étendant en direction du longeron (1) et formant au moins une zone de chevauchement (11) avec à la fois la doublure inférieure (7) et le renfort (3), de sorte à ce que ladite doublure (5) de pied central soit fixée à la fois à la doublure inférieure (7) et au renfort (3) au niveau de la ou d’au moins une des zones de chevauchement (11). L’invention concerne également un procédé d’assemblage d’un tel véhicule.
