Abstract

La présente invention concerne une installation d'étalement (1) de produits, notamment de végétaux ou de légumes à feuilles, par déplacement du produit, ladite installation comprenant au moins deux convoyeurs (11, 12) aptes à supporter et déplacer lesdits produits, lesdits au moins deux convoyeurs (11, 12) étant superposés suivant une direction verticale et étant entrainés en sens alternés à des vitesses linéaires distinctes, lesdits au moins deux convoyeurs (11, 12, 13) étant disposés de sorte que les produits en vrac situées sur un premier convoyeur (11) tombent par gravité sur un deuxième convoyeur (12) situé en-dessous du premier convoyeur (11) sur lequel les produits sont étalés sur sensiblement une seule couche.
