Abstract
Dispositif de perçage automatique à moyens de génération d’avance vibratoire débrayable automatiquement La présente invention concerne un dispositif de perçage comprenant un carter et une broche apte à porter un outil coupant, ladite broche étant montée mobile en rotation et en translation selon un même axe à l’intérieur dudit carter, ledit dispositif comprenant des moyens moteurs reliés à ladite broche au moyen d’une transmission apte à générer un mouvement combiné de rotation et de translation de ladite broche selon ledit axe, ledit dispositif comprenant une butée portée par ladite broche délimitant une course maximale prédéterminée de translation de ladite broche dans le sens d’un perçage, ladite course maximale étant atteinte lorsque ladite butée se trouve dans une position de fin de perçage, ledit dispositif comprenant des moyens de génération d’une avance axiale vibratoire induisant une oscillation périodique de ladite translation de ladite broche selon deux directions opposées de sorte à générer un mouvement d’avance vibratoire de ladite broche le long dudit axe. Selon l’invention, ledit dispositif comprend des moyens de débrayage automatique desdits moyens de génération d’une avance axiale vibratoire, après que ladite butée se trouve dans ladite position de fin de perçage, ledit débrayage automatique permettant une rotation de ladite broche selon ledit axe sur au moins un angle prédéterminé sans aucune avance.
