L’invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’un objet à former en béton moulé. Le démoulage de l’objet formé étant déterminé, à partir de la surveillance de la température et des déformations, si l’une des conditions suivantes est remplie : détection d’une inversion de température mesurée dans l’un du béton remplissant le moule (60) et de celui de l’éprouvette, détection, après que les déformations ont commencé à baisser, d’une déformation caractéristique d’un retrait gêné dans le béton remplissant le moule (60).
