Abstract
Dispositif d’imagerie de fluorescence d’une cible (20) comprenant au moins un marqueur (21), fluorescent dans une gamme de longueurs d'onde d’émission prédéfinie, ledit dispositif (1) comprenant une première source lumineuse (2) d’excitation émettant dans une gamme de longueurs d'onde, une deuxième source lumineuse (3) émettant dans une gamme de longueurs d'onde supérieure à la gamme, une unité de pilotage, un module (5) d’acquisition d’image comprenant un capteur (6) d’image et un système (8) optique de focalisation. Le capteur (6) d'image de bande passante incluant la gamme de longueurs d'onde de la deuxième source lumineuse (3), et l’unité de pilotage est configurée pour piloter les première et deuxième sources lumineuses (2, 3) suivant une séquence d’éclairage comprenant une activation de la première source lumineuse (2), une absence d’activation des première et deuxième sources lumineuses (2, 3) et une activation de la deuxième source lumineuse (3) et pour adresser des signaux de commande au module (5) d’acquisition d’images.
