Abstract
Dispositif pour optimiser le fonctionnement de suspensions pneumatiques de poids lourds. Il est constitué d'un boitier extérieur (1) à l’intérieur duquel sont fixés dans l’ordre de montage un joint d’élasticité (2) reposant sur le bord inférieur du boitier, le disque de base (3), le joint de base (4) et le corps (5). Dans les alésages du corps (5) monté dans le boitier extérieur se trouvent les ressorts hélicoïdaux (6) et les pastilles (7). Le dispositif comporte aussi le couvercle (8) fixé par les vis (13) dans le corps (5). Sur le couvercle (8) est monté une soupape de décharge composée d’un support de soupape (11), un ressort ondulé (10) et un tampon (9) ainsi qu’une électrovanne (12). Le dispositif vise à réduire la pollution par la diminution de la friction entre les roues et le revêtement de la route.
