L'invention concerne un système de gestion thermique pour un habitacle de véhicule automobile, système (1) comprenant une unité de traitement (2) agencée pour : - acquérir une donnée représentative d'un niveau de stress thermique (TSL) sur au moins une zone du corps d'un passager du véhicule, - déterminer, en fonction de cette donnée représentative d'un niveau de stress thermique (TSL), une consigne d'indice de confort thermique (TCIc), - commander un ou plusieurs actionneurs thermiques du véhicule en fonction de cette consigne d'indice de confort thermique (TCIc).
