L'invention concerne un procédé et un système pour contrôler les fonctions d'un terminal mobile (T) d'un utilisateur. Le terminal est amené à bord d'un véhicule dont le volant (V) est équipé d'un dispositif de contrôle apte à communiquer en champ proche. L'utilisateur porte près de la main un objet portable (OP) connecté apte à communiquer en champ proche (NFC) avec le dispositif de contrôle. Le procédé est caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte les étapes suivantes : - détection (E2) de l'établissement d'une communication en champ proche entre le dispositif de contrôle du volant et l'objet portable ; - transmission (E3) d'un message d'alerte au terminal mobile, pour l'informer que l'objet portable est à proximité du volantThe invention relates to a method and a system for controlling the functions of a mobile terminal (T) of a user.
