Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'hypochlorite de sodium pour la mise à disposition d'un antiseptique ou d'un désinfectant par électrolyse, au moyen d'un électrolyseur (300) alimenté en électricité par un module d'alimentation géré par un automate et disposant d'un moyen d'affichage (400), remarquable en ce qu'il comprend les opérations suivantes : - détermination d'une concentration de la solution d'hypochlorite de sodium à garantir, - modulation et pilotage de la puissance électrique fournie à l'électrolyseur par hachage haute fréquence en fonction de ladite concentration à garantir, - étalonnage sur site, - production d'hypochlorite par une alimentation électrique adaptée au contexte de production défini par les opérations précédentes. L'invention concerne également un dispositif permettant de mettre en oeuvre ledit procédé.The invention relates to a process for the production of sodium hypochlorite for the provision of an antiseptic or a disinfectant by electrolysis, by means of an electrolyser (300) supplied with electricity by a supply module managed by an automaton and having a display means (400), remarkable in that it comprises the following operations: - determination of a concentration of the sodium hypochlorite solution to be guaranteed, - modulation and control of the power power supplied to the electrolyser by high frequency chopping according to the said concentration to be guaranteed, - on-site calibration, - production of hypochlorite by a power supply adapted to the production context defined by the preceding operations. The invention also relates to a device making it possible to implement said method.
