Abstract

L'invention concerne un appui-tête (1) comprenant une traverse (6) comprenant une partie médiane (7) et deux parties latérales (8) fixées respectivement sur chacune des tiges (3), les lèvres de la bouche (5) de la coiffe (4) étant pourvues de moyens d'emboitement sur des moyens réciproques prévus sur ladite partie médiane de manière à assurer une fermeture de ladite bouche ; chacune desdites parties latérales étant sous forme d'une bague pourvue d'au moins un moyen d'ancrage ; chacune desdites tiges étant localement conformée de manière à former moyen d'ancrage réciproque coopérant avec ledit moyen d'ancrage afin de bloquer ladite partie latérale en coulissement vers le bas ; chacune desdites parties latérales présentant une surface de butée prenant appui contre ledit moyen d'ancrage correspondant afin de la bloquer en coulissement vers le haut.
