Kit chirurgical pour implant huméral de prothèse d'épaule, comprenant : - une tige humérale (1) présentant une partie diaphysaire (4) s'étendant selon un axe diaphysaire (40), et une partie métaphysaire (5) se présentant sous la forme d'une corolle évasée dans laquelle est ménagée une fenêtre métaphysaire (58) destinée à recevoir un greffon de matière spongieuse prélevé dans l'humérus ; - un outil de prélèvement de matière spongieuse dans l'humérus, comprenant un emporte-pièce de forme complémentaire à la fenêtre métaphysaire pour permettre de prélever un greffon de matière spongieuse conformée pour être logée sans jeu à l'intérieur de la fenêtre métaphysaire ; et - un pousse-greffon propre à coopérer avec l'outil de prélèvement pour pousser le greffon hors de l'emporte-pièce.
