Système de détection de proximité comprenant - un émetteur radio apte à émettre une pluralité de signaux étalés différemment ; - un équipement utilisateur apte ○ à mesurer la puissance du signal reçu et le rapport signal sur bruit relatifs à chaque signal émis de ladite pluralité de signaux ; ○ à calculer une première valeur statistique des puissances des signaux reçus; ○ à calculer une deuxième valeur statistique des rapports signal sur bruit relatifs aux signaux reçus; ○ à calculer un indice de proximité de l'émetteur radio à partir des valeurs statistiques calculées.
