L'invention concerne un dispositif de coupure pyrotechnique (100) comprenant : une première chambre (14) en communication avec un initiateur pyrotechnique (20), une deuxième chambre (15) délimitée par un support (50) sur lequel est présente une portion conductrice (40), le support définissant un premier (51) et un deuxième (52) logements distincts, et un piston (30) comprenant un premier (34) et un deuxième (35) reliefs de coupure situés en regard du premier et du deuxième logements, l'initiateur pyrotechnique étant configuré pour faire passer le dispositif de coupure d'une première configuration de passage du courant à une deuxième configuration de coupure du courant, le piston étant mis en mouvement afin de rompre la portion conductrice par impact avec les reliefs de coupure, chaque relief de coupure présentant, dans la deuxième configuration, une face (34a, 35a) en contact avec le support.
