Abstract

L'invention concerne installation de traitement chimique sous atmosphère agressive comprenant : - une enceinte (3) hermétique logeant au moins une bobine (13) de fil (15) destiné à être traité chimiquement par des procédés de traitement chimique de dépôt ou infiltration chimique en phase vapeur, la bobine (13) étant entrainée en rotation par un premier arbre (31), - le premier arbre (31) porte la bobine (13) de fils (15) et forme avec ladite bobine (13) de fils (15) un premier rotor (11), - un moteur (7) agencé à l'extérieur de l'enceinte (3) et entrainant mécaniquement en rotation un second rotor (43), caractérisée en ce que le premier rotor (11) et le second rotor (43) sont couplés magnétiquement en rotation l'un avec l'autre.
