Abstract

La présente invention concerne le domaine des obturateur en ligne (1) permettant de réaliser une obturation étanche, et inversement, une circulation fluidique dans une canalisation entre une conduite amont agencée en amont dudit obturateur en ligne (1) selon un sens de circulation fluidique et une conduite aval agencée en aval dudit obturateur en ligne (1) selon ledit sens de circulation fluidique, ledit obturateur en ligne (1) comportant une plaque d'obturation (2) mobile dans un plan, un corps (5) comportant un demi-corps amont (6) et un demi-corps aval (7), des moyens de serrage/écartement (10) permettant de serrer, et inversement, d'écarter lesdits demi-corps amont et aval (6 et 7) par rapport à ladite plaque d'obturation (2). Selon l'invention, ladite plaque d'obturation (2) est formée par un premier assemblage surmoulé entre un support central métallique et une première couche injectée en un matériau polymère thermoplastique chimiquement inerte.
