Procédé de fabrication d'un sphéroïde comprenant du cannabidiol dans lequel : a) On mélange un principe actif isolé, une solution active d'origine végétale contenant ledit principe actif ou un précurseur de celui-ci, avec une substance absorbante et adsorbante présentant des propriétés plastiques, b) on extrude ledit mélange jusqu'à obtention d'un produit extrudé, c) on sphéronise ledit produit extrudé jusqu'à obtention d'un sphéroïde, caractérisé en ce que ledit principe actif isolé consiste en du cannabidiol et en ce que ladite solution active d'origine végétale consiste en un extrait actif, issu d'un végétal du genre Cannabis sativa L, contenant du cannabidiol et/ou un précurseur de cannabidiol.Process for manufacturing a spheroid comprising cannabidiol in which: a) an isolated active principle, an active solution of plant origin containing said active principle or a precursor thereof, is mixed with an absorbent and adsorbent substance exhibiting properties plastics, b) said mixture is extruded until an extruded product is obtained, c) said extruded product is spheronized until a spheroid is obtained, characterized in that said isolated active principle consists of cannabidiol and in that said active solution of plant origin consists of an active extract, derived from a plant of the genus Cannabis sativa L, containing cannabidiol and / or a cannabidiol precursor.
