Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de simulation (1) pour banc d'essai simulant le comportement d'une languette inter-secteurs disposée dans les rainures respectives de deux secteurs annulaires contigus d'un anneau d'une turbomachine. Ce dispositif est remarquable en ce qu'il comprend : - une cassette d'entrée (4), qui simule le jeu inter-secteur d'entrée entre lesdits deux secteurs d'anneau et les parois radiales intérieures desdites deux rainures, - une cassette de sortie (6), qui simule le jeu inter-secteur de sortie entre lesdits deux secteurs d'anneau et les parois radiales extérieures desdites deux rainures, - un support de cassettes (5) intercalé entre lesdites deux cassettes (4, 6) et dont une cavité (53) simule lesdites deux parois de fond respectives desdites rainures, - un socle (3) muni d'une ouverture traversante d'introduction d'air sous pression (34), et - une languette inter-secteurs (7), ces éléments étant assemblés de façon que la languette (7) soit disposée dans la cavité (53) entre la cassette d'entrée et la cassette de sortie et que la cassette d'entrée soit fixée sur le socle.The invention relates to a simulation device (1) for a test bench simulating the behavior of an inter-sector tongue arranged in the respective grooves of two contiguous annular sectors of a ring of a turbomachine. This device is remarkable in that it comprises: - an input cassette (4), which simulates the inter-sectoral input clearance between said two ring sectors and the inner radial walls of said two grooves, - a cassette outlet (6), which simulates the inter-sector outlet clearance between said two ring sectors and the outer radial walls of said two grooves, - a cassette support (5) interposed between said two cassettes (4, 6) and of which a cavity (53) simulates said two respective bottom walls of said grooves, - a base (3) provided with a through opening for introducing pressurized air (34), and - an inter-sector tongue (7) , these elements being assembled so that the tongue (7) is disposed in the cavity (53) between the input cassette and the output cassette and that the input cassette is fixed to the base.
