Abstract

Procédé de montage avec une presse équipée d'un outillage de montage, d'un joint circulaire (20) à lèvre intérieure (22) venant dans un mouvement vers une direction avant qui est la direction de montage sur une portée cylindrique (10) d'un arbre (2), avec un emmanchement de son contour extérieur (26) dans un carter (12), en utilisant un manchon de protection (30) présentant une partie tubulaire ajustée dans le joint (20) qui avance sur l'arbre (2) pour protéger ce joint (20), en fin d'emmanchement ce procédé appliquant une dépression dans des ventouses (40) disposées sur une face avant de l'outillage, en appui sur une face arrière du manchon (30), qui se collent dessus pour reculer ce manchon (30) dans la direction inverse de montage.
