Abstract
Le procédé comporte une première phase de traitement dans laquelle on mesure la fréquence Doppler, la distance radiale, la vitesse radiale et l'angle d'élévation de ladite cible à chaque cycle de détection dudit radar, et une deuxième phase de traitement, appliquant le principe de l'antenne synthétique inverse, où de façon itérative : - on génère une suite de signaux synthétiques à partir des fréquences Doppler mesurées à chaque cycle de détection dudit radar, chaque signal étant fonction de l'exponentielle complexe de la variation de phase liée à la fréquence Doppler pendant la durée dudit cycle de détection ; - on génère un ensemble de répliques à chaque signal de ladite suite de signaux en fonction d'un ensemble d'hypothèses angulaires autour de l'angle d'élévation mesuré dans le cycle de détection du dernier signal de ladite suite, chaque réplique étant fonction d'une hypothèse angulaire ; - on établit un ensemble de corrélations entre chacune desdites répliques et les signaux de ladite suite, pris deux à deux ; - on sélectionne la réplique donnant la corrélation maximum dans ledit ensemble de corrélations, l'hypothèse angulaire correspondant à ladite réplique étant retenue comme valeur affinée de l'angle d'élévation de ladite cible.
