L'invention concerne un vantail (1) de porte comportant un châssis (2) de vantail comprenant une première face (21), une deuxième face (22) opposée à la première face et une ouverture (5) dans au moins la première face (21), un panneau (3) monté dans l'ouverture (5), au moins une première parclose (41) montée sur la première face (21) de manière à maintenir le panneau (3) dans l'ouverture (5), la première parclose (41) étant clippée au moyen d'un système de fixation (6) déformable élastiquement et comportant un corps (61) en forme de lame ainsi qu'un ergot (60) destiné à coopérer avec un logement (9) pour former une butée. L'invention concerne également un procédé de pose et de dépose d'un panneau monté dans un tel vantail de porte.
