Abstract

Installation réfrigérante pour au moins l'un des éléments choisi parmi la réfrigération de matière, en particulier d'aliments, et la climatisation d'un local comprenant un ensemble frigorifique (2) contenant : - au moins deux moyens de refroidissement (3) ; - au moins un capteur de mesure physique (6) ; - un automate interne (5) prévu pour le pilotage de la mise en route ou de la coupure d'un premier groupe des moyens de refroidissement (3) ; et ladite installation réfrigérante comprenant un automate externe (4) pour le pilotage de la mise en route ou de la coupure d'un deuxième groupe des moyens de refroidissement (3) ; un capteur de mesure physique (6) d'au moins un élément choisi parmi la température et l'hygrométrie du milieu ambiant ; caractérisé en ce que l'installation réfrigérante comprend une unité de traitement de données (1) connectée à tout capteur de mesure physique (6) de l'installation réfrigérante et l'unité de traitement de données (1) intègre un calculateur (8) paramétré suivant au moins un algorithme de données adapté pour transmettre des ordres de coupure ou de mise en route à l'automate externe (4) et à l'automate interne (5) en fonction des données acquises depuis les capteurs de mesure physique (6).
