Abstract
L'invention concerne une composition de vernis transparent marquable par un rayonnement laser, un laminat comprenant une couche cette composition de vernis transparent marquable par un rayonnement laser, marquée ou non marquée, et un dispositif comprenant ce laminat. La composition de vernis marquable par laser selon l'invention est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend : a) entre 50 % inclus et 100 % exclus, en poids, par rapport au poids total de la composition, d'au moins un polymère thermodurcissable et/ ou photodurcissable. b) entre 2% inclus et 20% inclus, et de préférence entre 2% et 15% inclus, en poids par rapport au poids total de la composition, de particules d'au moins un réactif sensible à un rayonnement laser choisi dans le groupe constitué des particules de dioxyde de titane (TiO2), des particules d'oxyde de bismuth (Bi2O3)), et des particules d'oxyde de titane (TiO2) recouvertes d'un complexe d'oxyde d'étain dopé à d'antimoine (Sn/Sb)O2, et de leurs mélanges, et en ce que lorsque polymérisée et séchée, cette composition de vernis marquable laser a une transparence supérieure à 80% déterminée selon la méthode ASTM D1003-00 aux longueurs d'ondes du visible. The laser-markable varnish composition according to the invention is characterized in that it comprises: a) between 50% inclusive and 100% exclusive, by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition, of at least one thermosetting polymer and/or photocurable. b) between 2% inclusive and 20% inclusive, and preferably between 2% and 15% inclusive, by weight relative to the total weight of the composition, of particles of at least one reagent sensitive to laser radiation chosen from the group consisting of particles of titanium dioxide (TiO2), particles of bismuth oxide (Bi2O3)), and particles of titanium oxide (TiO2) coated with a complex of tin oxide doped with antimony (Sn/Sb)O2, and mixtures thereof, and in that when polymerized and dried, this laser-markable varnish composition has a transparency greater than 80% determined according to the ASTM D1003-00 method at visible wavelengths. The invention finds application in the field of securing and authenticating documents, in particular.
