Abstract

Ce composant fémoral (1) comprend : - un membre de fixation (2) configuré pour être solidarisé à une tête prothétique de façon à articuler le composant fémoral (1) dans une cavité acétabulaire, - un col (4) s'étendant à partir du membre de fixation (2), le col (4) ayant une portion proximale de col (6) et une portion distale de col (8), la portion distale de col (8) étant plus large que la portion proximale de col (6), et - une tige fémorale (10) qui est solidaire de la portion distale de col (8). La portion distale de col (8) présente au moins : i) un évidement médial (11) et ii) un évidement latéral (12). L'évidement médial (11) et l'évidement latéral (12) sont chacun configuré pour guider un ancillaire de coupe destiné à couper du tissu osseux entourant la tige fémorale (10).This femoral component (1) comprises: - a fixing member (2) configured to be secured to a prosthetic head so as to articulate the femoral component (1) in an acetabular cavity, - a neck (4) extending from of the fixation member (2), the neck (4) having a proximal neck portion (6) and a distal neck portion (8), the distal neck portion (8) being wider than the proximal neck portion ( 6), and - a femoral stem (10) which is secured to the distal neck portion (8). The distal neck portion (8) has at least: i) a medial recess (11) and ii) a lateral recess (12). The medial recess (11) and the lateral recess (12) are each configured to guide a cutting aid for cutting bone tissue surrounding the femoral stem (10).
