L'invention concerne une récolteuse (R) de rejets de plants d'ananas (P), remarquable en ce qu'elle comprend un châssis (100) muni de roues, tracté ou autotracté, ledit châssis (100) étant équipé sur sa partie avant d'un module de coupe (200) assurant la coupe du plant (P) ainsi que l'évacuation du plant (P) coupé vers un module de tri, de préparation et de sélection des rejets. L'invention concerne également un procédé de récolte. Applications : culture de l'ananas.
