L'élément de garnissage (1) comprend au moins un élément de déformation électroactif (12) s'étendant entre le support (2) et la couche de décoration (4) dans au moins une partie de la zone déformable, ledit élément de déformation électroactif (12) étant déformable entre une position inactive et une position active, dans laquelle une source de courant (14) alimente en courant l'élément de déformation électroactif (12) et entraîne un changement de forme de l'élément de déformation électroactif (12).
