Outil (3) de mise en forme d'un embouti sur une presse d'emboutissage, ledit outil (3) comprenant: un bâti (5); un coulisseau (17) monté coulissant suivant une direction, dans une cavité (7) du bâti (5), au moyen d'au moins deux plaques latérales de glissement (37) fixées audit bâti (5) et formant un profil transversal en V ; et que chacune des plaques latérales de glissement (37) comprend une portion principale plane (39) formant le profil en V et une portion transversale (41) à la portion principale (39), assurant la fixation au bâti (5) et située à l'extérieur de la cavité (7).
