Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement d'un flux vidéo comportant un ensemble d'images susceptibles de comprendre un effet de transition, le procédé comportant les étapes suivantes : détecter un effet de transition, de type fondu, au sein de l'ensemble d'images du flux vidéo, le cas échéant, calculer des luminances minimales et maximales LMIN et LMAX pour chaque image de l'ensemble d'images comprenant le fondu ; estimer des luminances minimales et maximales EMIN et EMAX pour l'ensemble d'images ne comprenant pas l'effet de transition détecté ; déterminer des luminances minimales et maximales SMIN et SMAX pour une plage de dynamique standard ; calculer des luminances minimales et maximales TMIN et TMAX en fonction des luminances minimales et maximales précédemment calculées et déterminées LMIN, LMAX, EMIN, EMAX, SMIN et SMAX ; Transmettre les luminances minimales et maximales TMIN et TMAX calculées pour une compression de dynamique.
