L'invention concerne un ensemble d'entretoisement comprenant au moins une tige plate déformable (10 ; 10'), ladite au moins une tige plate déformable (10 ; 10') étant adapté à être pliée pour pouvoir être installée en pont entre une dalle de plafond suspendu (42) recevant une source lumineuse et une couche d'isolant thermique (46). Ladite au moins une tige plate déformable (10 ; 10') présente deux portions d'extrémité (18, 20 ; 18', 20') opposées l'une de l'autre et une portion centrale (16; 16') située entre lesdites portions d'extrémité, lesdites portions d'extrémité (18, 20 ; 18', 20') étant séparées respectivement de ladite portion centrale (16; 16') par une zone déformable (28, 30). Et lesdites deux portions d'extrémité (18, 20; 18', 20') sont adaptées à être entraînées l'une vers l'autre, lesdites deux portions d'extrémité (18, 20; 18', 20') venant s'étendre en retour de ladite portion centrale (16 ; 16').
