Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'emboutissage d'un flan (50) pour la réalisation d'une pièce emboutie. Le dispositif comporte un poinçon (40) comportant une surface d'appui (41), une enclume (70), une matrice (80) et des moyens de génération d'un champ magnétique (60), disposé dans le poinçon, au niveau de la surface d'appui. Le dispositif est configuré, dans une position initiale, de telle sorte que : - la surface d'appui du poinçon reçoit une partie d'une première face du flan, - l'enclume et les moyens de génération d'un champ magnétique sont disposés de part et d'autre de la même partie du flan, les moyens de génération d'un champ magnétique (60) étant en vis-à-vis de la première face (51), et l'enclume (70) en vis-à-vis d'une seconde face (52) du flan, à distance de la seconde face, - la matrice (80) est disposée en vis-à-vis de la seconde face (52), au niveau d'une autre partie du flan. Les moyens de génération d'un champ magnétique sont configurés pour imprimer au flan une pression en direction de l'enclume, selon une direction Z'Z. Le dispositif comporte des premiers moyens de déplacement (43) du poinçon dans la direction Z'Z et des deuxièmes moyens de déplacement (72) de l'enclume dans la même direction.The invention relates to a device for stamping a blank (50) for producing a stamped part. The device is configured, in an initial position, such that: - the bearing surface of the punch receives a portion of a first face of the blank, - the anvil and the means for generating a magnetic field are arranged on either side of the same portion of the blank, the means for generating a magnetic field (60) facing the first face (51), and the anvil (70) facing the with respect to a second face (52) of the blank, at a distance from the second face, - the die (80) is disposed opposite the second face (52), at the level of another part of the flan. The means for generating a magnetic field are configured to print on the blank a pressure in the direction of the anvil in a direction Z'Z. The device comprises first displacement means (43) of the punch in the Z'Z direction and second displacement means (72) of the anvil in the same direction.
