L'invention concerne un dispositif thermique à capacité de stockage (1) pour véhicule destiné à la circulation d'au moins un fluide, comprenant une enceinte (5) au moins en partie délimitée par une paroi périphérique (6), l'enceinte (5) logeant au moins un tube (3) contenant un matériau à changement de phase (21) et délimité par une paroi externe (15), une première extrémité longitudinale (13) et une deuxième extrémité longitudinale (18), l'enceinte (5) comprenant un espace (17) délimité par la paroi externe (15) du tube (3) et la paroi périphérique (6) qui délimite l'enceinte (5), caractérisé en ce que le tube (3) comprend une paroi interne (14) délimitant avec la paroi externe (15) un espace de réception (20) contenant le matériau à changement de phase (21), la paroi interne (14) délimitant par ailleurs un espace interne (16) au tube (3), l'espace interne (16) étant ouvert au niveau de la première extrémité longitudinale (13) du tube (3) sur la chambre réceptrice (10) et ouvert au niveau de la deuxième extrémité longitudinale (18) du tube (3) sur la chambre collectrice (12).
