Abstract
Unité (1) d'hydrogénation d'au moins un oxyde de carbone en un composé hydrocarboné de synthèse, avec un meilleur taux de conversion, notamment supérieur à 70%, de préférence supérieur à 90%, notamment à partir des réactions de type Sabatier et/ou Fischer-Tropsch, comprenant au moins 1 ou plusieurs étages (3) montés en série avec un niveau de servitudes et d'équipements auxiliaires (2, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15) associés dédiés au pilotage de ladite unité et à la valorisation d'au moins un fluide non converti, le premier étage (3), assurant la fonction quantitative de la conversion, est adapté pour convertir, via la réaction d'hydrogénation catalytique, l'oxyde de carbone et le dihydrogène injectés en entrée (10) en un fluide de synthèse avec une teneur en composé hydrocarboné supérieur à 50% et pour valoriser le fluide non converti via les servitudes et équipements auxiliaires (4, 13, 14), les étages (3) suivants, assurant la fonction qualitative de la conversion, sont adaptés pour fournir en sortie de l'unité (1) un fluide avec une teneur en composé hydrocarboné supérieur à 70%, de préférence 90% et à éventuellement valoriser le fluide non converti.
