Abstract
La présente invention concerne les systèmes pour traiter des anévrismes An débouchant par un collet CAn sur au moins un vaisseau sanguin. Le système se caractérise essentiellement par le fait qu'il comporte au moins une cuvette 12 apte à être implantée dans l'anévrisme An avec son ouverture 19 tournée vers l'intérieur de l'anévrisme, la cuvette comportant un fond 212 et un rebord 112 délimitant, avec le fond, un volume intérieur de cuvette 17, cette cuvette étant telle que, si D est la valeur du diamètre hors-tout du rebord 112, la valeur H de la hauteur du rebord est comprise entre 0,4 D et 1,2 D, optionnellement égale à 0,5 D. Application : notamment pour le traitement d'un anévrisme dont le collet Can se trouve à la bifurcation de deux artères.
