Abstract

L'invention concerne une presse d'emboutissage (1) qui comporte un bâti mobile (2) portant un poinçon, un bâti fixe (3) portant une matrice et un ressort (4) de compression porté par l'un des deux bâtis (2, 3), le ressort (4) étant adapté pour maintenir un espacement entre le poinçon (22) et la matrice (32) lorsque le bâti mobile (2) repose en position inactive contre le bâti fixe (3), et à être comprimé lorsque le bâti mobile (2) est appuyé contre le bâti fixe(3) lors d'une opération d'emboutissage, le bâti (2, 3) portant ledit ressort (4) étant pourvu de moyens de protection (5) entourant au moins partiellement le ressort (4), les moyens de protection (5) s'étendant sur au moins une partie de la hauteur comprimée du ressort (4), de manière à interdire l'éjection des morceaux du ressort (4) si ce dernier vient à casser lors de sa compression.
