Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de vis télescopique à plusieurs étages capable de mouvements de déploiement très précis de l'ordre du micromètre. Il est constitué d'une vis et d'au moins un guide qui a un rôle de guidage et maintient le système dans l'axe. La vis et le guide sont constitués d'au moins trois étages identiques. Mais ceux du guide, eux, ne sont pas filetés. Ces étages s'organisent ainsi : - le premier étage est un arbre comportant, sur sa partie inférieure , un épaulement fileté ; - le dernier étage est un arbre taraudé depuis le bas sur la quasi totalité de la hauteur de l'étage et alésé sur le reste de sa hauteur afin de laisser un épaulement de diamètre ajusté à l'arbre de la vis qu'il contient ; - l'étage intermédiaire est un arbre alésé extérieurement identique au premier étage et intérieurement identique au dernier. Quel que soit l'étage, les pas des filetages sont identiques. Le guide est fixé en ses extrémités et la vis est fixée en l'une de ses deux extrémités, alors que l'autre est placée sur un roulement et est actionnée par un moteur par le biais de poulies ou d'engrenages. Le système n'utilisant pas de fluides, il n'est pas sensible aux conditions météorologiques.Provided is a multistage telescopic screw device capable of very precise deployment movements of the order of micrometers. Whatever the stage, the thread pitches are identical. The guide is fixed at its ends and the screw is fixed at one of its two ends, while the other is placed on a bearing and is actuated by a motor through pulleys or gears. As the system does not use fluids, it is not sensitive to weather conditions.
