Les griffes comportent chacune une première portion (8) proximale solidaire du corps (4) et une deuxième portion distale (9) d'épaisseurs différentes, la portion distale ayant une épaisseur inférieure à celle de la portion proximale, lesdites portions proximale et distale délimitant un épaulement (10) formé sur la surface externe de la griffe.
