Dispositif de refroidissement d'un flux de fluide cryogénique comprenant un cryorefroidisseur (2) comportant une tête froide (3) munie d'une surface (4) d'échange, en échange thermique avec un échangeur de chaleur comprenant une masse (5) de matériau conducteur thermique, la masse (5) de matériau conducteur étant en échange thermique avec le flux de fluide à refroidir, le circuit de fluide cryogénique à refroidir comprenant une conduite (6) d'amenée d'un flux de fluide et une conduite (7) de récupération du flux de fluide ayant échangé thermiquement avec la masse (5) de matériau conducteur et en ce que la masse (5) de matériau conducteur est logée dans un carter (12) étanche comprenant une entrée de fluide reliée à la conduite (6) d'amenée et une sortie de fluide reliée à la conduite (7) de récupération, la masse (5) de matériau conducteur étant constituée de tronçons (15) adjacents formant des ailettes qui s'étendent chacun de la surface (4) d'échange de la tête froide (3) entre une première extrémité supérieure adjacente à la surface (4) d'échange de la tête froide (3) et une seconde extrémité inférieure opposée
