Abstract
L'invention a trait à un procédé de fabrication d'une pièce automobile de liaison au sol, notamment d'un triangle de suspension, constitué de deux tôles métalliques assemblées l'une à l'autre par soudage (5). Les deux tôles métalliques sont chauffées par induction (1), puis embouties (3a) par une presse. Les tôles subissent une trempe (3b) au contact des outils de la presse, maintenus à basse température. Les tôles embouties sont ensuite assemblées par soudage au laser. Elles sont enfin préparées chimiquement et/ou mécaniquement (7,9) pour recevoir un revêtement anticorrosion (11).
