Abstract
La demande concerne un procédé de séparation de lanthanide à partir d'un alliage métallique comprenant au moins un métal de transition et au moins un lanthanide, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes de : a) fournir un alliage métallique comprenant au moins un métal de transition et au moins un lanthanide, b) mettre en contact l'alliage métallique avec une solution aqueuse d'acide phosphorique, ce par quoi est obtenu un milieu comprenant une phase liquide L1 et une phase solide S1 comprenant les phosphates d'au moins un lanthanide, c) filtrer le milieu pour séparer la phase liquide L1 et la phase solide S1 comprenant les phosphates d'au moins un lanthanide.The application relates to a process for separating lanthanide from a metal alloy comprising at least one transition metal and at least one lanthanide, said process comprising the steps of: a) providing a metal alloy comprising at least one transition metal and at least one lanthanide, b) bringing the metal alloy into contact with an aqueous solution of phosphoric acid, whereby a medium is obtained comprising a liquid phase L1 and a solid phase S1 comprising the phosphates of at least one lanthanide, c) filtering the medium to separate the liquid phase L1 and the solid phase S1 comprising the phosphates of at least one lanthanide.
