Field of the invention

The present invention relates to a multimodal collaborative table. More specifically, the invention relates to a table around which people collaborate to work in a meeting or conference, to train, to consult the internet, to view computer documents, to work with shared documents and other modes, so that the collaborative table is multimodal.

State of the art

Multimodal collaborative tables usually have a square or rectangular tray fixed to a supporting structure with feet at the four corners of the tray. A large screen, connectable to a computer, is fixed on the table. Two of the table legs can be used to mount the screen. The feet at the four corners of the tray do not facilitate movement around the table of people seated on their chairs.

In general, it may be desirable to create a collaborative table with an additional mode of use.

Object of the invention

The object of the present invention is to respond to this wish in a simple and economical manner and to create a collaborative table offering a new mode of use, facilitating exchanges between people on an equal basis and their arrangement around the table.

According to the invention, the multimodal collaborative table includes a tortuous-shaped tray carrying a screen, at least one area of material embedded in the upper face of the tray and of hardness greater than that of the body of the tray, and feet located under the tray to support this one.

The higher hardness area of the tray allows, without damaging the tray, to use the table as a laboratory / practical work table or a workbench to allow a group of people, such as a group of students, a team researchers or colleagues in the world of work, to carry out various works, for example prototyping, assembly / disassembly or analysis of products and parts, so that the collaborative table of the invention is both a table meeting table and laboratory / practical table, and thus presents an additional mode of use.

In addition, on the one hand, due to the tortuous shape of the tray, the table allows collaborative work by facilitating exchanges and visual communication on an equal level in a group of people, the objective being to have an arrangement of the group around the table that goes against a hierarchical relationship in the group.

In addition, the feet, on the one hand, support the tray which can thus carry the screen, and on the other hand, are provided in such a way that they do not interfere with the arrangement of the people around the table. By providing feet with a robust mechanical structure, the table can withstand damage without damage to the area or areas of material of greater hardness.

In one embodiment, the number of inlaid areas of greater hardness, forming workbench zones, is equal to the number of people working in a group, such as a group of six, that the table can accommodate.

This allows, in combination with the tortuous shape of the board, to delimit standard places and not to position anyone as a leader or hierarchical manager, but rather as a leader.

This table can advantageously be used both in a professional setting as for educational or other activities, for example in training centers or engineering schools. In particular, it authorizes an optimization of surfaces and investments in furniture, and a reinforced collaborative mode in an environment of the “FabLab” type.

According to other characteristics taken individually or in combination:

the zone or zones of material of greater hardness are flush with the upper face of the plate;

the zone or zones of material of greater hardness are made of metal, such as aluminum or stainless steel, the plate being based on wood such as MDF;

the zone or zones of greater hardness are each fixed, in particular by gluing, in a housing recess which has the upper face of the plate;

the corners of the tray are rounded and the tray has inclined axial ends of different length determining the length of the tray;

the plate has longitudinal ends of concave shape determining the width of the plate, said ends each having a bottom;

the funds of the longitudinal ends of concave shape are offset longitudinally relative to one another;

an inlaid area is adjacent to each bottom of the longitudinal ends;

the screen is fixed via a support at one of the axial ends, at least two people being installed at the other axial end;

at least six zones of greater hardness are provided, said zones being delimited in the direction of the center of the plate each by at least one pointed edge;

a set comprising HDMI cables and sockets is located centrally in the tray between the areas of greatest hardness;

the assembly is implanted between the pointed edges of the zones of greater hardness;

a cable receiving box is located under the assembly;

the trunk is located between two feet mounted head to tail;

the feet each have three parts, namely an interposed vertical part, for fixing, for example by welding, between a generally horizontal lower part for bearing on the ground and a generally horizontal upper part supporting the plate which is fixed by its lower face;

the lower and upper parts of the feet each have two V-shaped branches;

the free ends of the branches are directed towards the axial ends in a direction opposite to the center of the plate;

the legs are metallic and produced by welding hollow section bars;

a footrest is coupled to the lower part of the feet using assembly and stabilization parts, such as plastic parts, to raise the footrest relative to the lower part of the table legs ;

cushioning means, such as an elastomeric tape or a sleeve, are provided between the assembly pieces and the footrest;

the footrest comprises bars, such as aluminum or stainless steel bars, the ends of which are mounted in two assembly pieces;

the assembly pieces each comprise at least one head provided with a housing for receiving the end of a bar of the footrest;

the assembly pieces each have a base for attachment to one of the branches of the inner part of the feet;

the assembly pieces are each fixed between the ends of their associated branch.

Thanks to the above characteristics, the table is robust and allows:

the collaborative work of a group of people, such as for example a group of students or a team of a technical project, by facilitating visual communication between the members of the group without establishing a hierarchical relationship between the members of the group ;

viewing and exchanging shared documents;

work in a seated or standing position, particularly for the production of parts or prototypes;

resistance to the action of tools;

an easier arrangement of people around the table, in particular at the corners thereof, with a withdrawal of the legs towards the center of the table;

the absorption of noise between the assembly parts and the bars of the stabilizing footrest;

connecting users' computers to the screen.

Other advantages and characteristics of the present invention will appear more clearly on reading the description below of several particular embodiments with reference to the appended drawings, in which:

Description of exemplary embodiments of the invention

The meeting table 100 according to the invention, described in the figures without limitation, is a multimodal collaborative table.

With particular reference to Figs. 1 and 2, this table 100 includes:

- A generally horizontal plate 1 having a characteristic of tortuous shape;

- two feet 2a, 2b mounted under the plate 1 and supporting the latter;

- a footrest 3 coupled to the feet 2a, 2b for using the table in the sitting and standing position;

- At least one screen 4 integrated into the table and mounted on a support 41 secured to the tray 1 in particular for viewing, sharing, exchanging and working on computer documents, consulting the internet and participating in video conferences;

- A central trunk 5 interposed between the feet 2a, 2b for in particular a storage of electrical cables of the HDMI type making it possible to connect the screen 4 to users' computers by means of a distributor, slots for storing said cables being provided centrally in tray 1, as shown in Figs. 1 and 2 ;

- 220 V power supply sockets, and others, mounted in the trunk 5 and placed in the center of the tray 1 between the storage slots for the HDMI cables, in particular for supplying computers and tablets, said sockets being covered by hatches d 'opening carried by the plate and clearly visible in particular in Fig.2;

- assembly and connection parts 6a, 6b of the footrest 3 to the feet 2a, 2b;

- damping means 7 (see Fig. 7), in particular noise and shocks, occurring between the assembly and connection parts and the footrest.

The cable storage slots and the outlet opening hatches form an assembly referenced 51, visible in particular in Fig. 2.

The feet 2a, 2b may be similar by being mounted head to tail under the plate on either side of the trunk 5.

The tray 1 can be a wooden panel, a plywood panel, a chipboard tray or a laminate panel. In the example shown, the panel is an MDF panel with medium density fibers made in particular from wood fiber and a synthetic binder. This MDF panel, easy to cut, can be painted or melamine. The same is true for laminated and agglomerated panels.

The tray 1, as mentioned above based on wood, may have a thickness at least equal to 15 mm. The thickness of the tray 1 will depend on the applications. For economic reasons, the tray 1 can be made from standardized commercial panels such as worktops with thicknesses of 16 mm, 22 mm, 26 mm or 38 mm.

As shown in particular in Figs. 2 and 3, the plate 1 has an upper face 10, a lower face 16, two axial ends 14, 15 and two longitudinal ends 18, 19. It is inscribed inside a rectangle , the longitudinal ends 18, 19 being longer than the axial ends 14, 15. The distance between the axial ends 14, 15 determines the length of the table top, while the distance between the longitudinal ends 18, 19 determines the width from the table top. The distance between the ends 14, 15 is variable. It is the same for the distance between the ends 18, 19.

According to one characteristic, the table is configured to produce in particular demonstrators or physical prototypes, in an environment of the so-called “FabLab” type. Users of the table may be required to make prototypes using various tools, including screwdrivers, cutters, or even a hammer, so that the plate 1 risks being scratched or even damaged. It is the same when you put on the table products and devices for assembly / disassembly or analysis.

Thus, the plate 1 advantageously comprises at least one zone of material 8 embedded in the upper face 10 of the plate 1 and having a hardness greater than that of the body of the plate 1.

The inlay is produced by digging the upper face 10 of the plate 1 to form a recess 11 for housing the zone 8, as partially visible in FIG. 6.

Preferably, this zone of material 8 of greater hardness is flush with the upper face 10 of the plate 1, thus allowing easy cleaning of the surface of the plate.

The area of material 8 of greater hardness may, depending on the applications, be made of hard wood such as oak, brushed aluminum, stainless steel or another material having the desired characteristics. This zone can be fixed by gluing using an adhesive 12, alternatively by snap-fastening, in the bottom of the recess 11, as visible in FIG. 6. In the embodiment of Fig.6, the area 8 is, without limitation, brushed aluminum of small thickness and the glue 12 is neoprene glue. Alternatively, zone 8 is a thin stainless steel plate, for example 1 mm, or thicker oak, and is embedded in the tray 1 made from wood.

The thickness of the plate 1 will for example have a standardized thickness of 38 mm. A flat edge with two rounded edges can be glued to the edge of the plate 1, as shown at 13 in Fig. 6.

Thus, tools can be placed or used in the area 8 without damaging the upper face 10 of the tray 1, for example in melamine, when the table 100 is used as a workbench.

The number of zones 8 may be equal to or less than the number of people that can be put around the table.

As best seen in Figs. 1 and 2, the corners of the tray 1 are rounded and, according to one characteristic, the outline of the tray 1 is tortuous in shape with a longitudinal narrowing in width between the longitudinal ends 18, 19 of concave shape, thus facilitating visual communication between participants by an optimized arrangement of them.

The axial ends 14, 15 of the tray are inclined and of different length to also allow participants to see themselves better.

This tortuous shape improves the ergonomics of the table and allows additional viewing axes between participants. This facilitates visual communication and promotes a non-hierarchical relationship between members of a group participating in a meeting, conference or training course, for example. Screen 4, as shown in Figs. 1 and 2, can be installed at the axial end 14 of the panel 1, narrower than the other axial end 15. This facilitates better visibility of the screen 4 by all the participants.

This screen 4 could economically be a commercial display screen, of the PC type, with HDMI sockets. This screen 4 is not mounted directly on the plate 1, so as to free up space at the upper face 10 of the plate 1. It extends to do this projecting, here generally vertically, relative to the plate 1, as best seen in Figs, 1, 4 and 5. It may have dorsal attachment points to a projecting plate 41 (see Figs. 2 to 5) which the screen support 4 includes.

This plate 41 belongs to a bracket which has at its internal periphery a horizontal plate fixed to the underside 16 of the plate 1, for example using screws. The plate 41 has, according to one characteristic, a recess 17 (cf. FIG. 3) which is provided for the passage of cables, namely, an HDMI connection cable between a distributor contained in the trunk 5 and the screen 4 and an electric power cable connected to sockets contained in the trunk 5 and covered by hatches located in the center of the plate 1 as mentioned above. The cables are thus protected against a risk of involuntary tearing by the users of the table and the aesthetics and finish of the table also benefit.

The feet 2a, 2b similar (cf. Figs. 1 and 3 to 6) are support and stabilization feet of the plate 1 and, according to one characteristic, extend under the plate 1 in the overall outline thereof. and the table. They each have for this purpose three parts, namely, an interposed vertical part 20, for fixing, for example by welding, between a generally horizontal lower part 21 for bearing on the ground and a generally horizontal upper part 22 supporting the plate 1 which is fixed by its underside 16.

Part 22 is fixed to the underside 16 of the plate 1 for holding the plate, for example, using screws or studs not shown. The tray 1 is thus well fixed and stabilized and the table is made robust with its feet mounted head to tail. This table can withstand shocks and the manipulation of tools (hammer, screwdriver, cutter ...) intervening in the area (s) 8.

The location of parts 21 and 22 with respect to the center of the plate is visible in Figs. 1 and 3 to 6. The free ends of parts 21, 22 are close to the axial ends 14, 15 of plate 1. Space is left in the center of the plate in order to insert the trunk 5 of small thickness which, according to one characteristic, forms a reinforcing spacer between the vertical parts 20 of the legs 2a, 2b. The parts 21, 22 are thus directed towards the axial ends 14, 15 in the direction opposite to the center of the plate 1.

This architecture ensures good stability while facilitating the arrangement of the chairs around the periphery of the tray 1 and their movement around the table 100. The feet 2a, 2b are mounted head to tail under the tray 1 to properly support the tray 1, so that the table 100 can withstand shocks and support a significant weight. In addition, with the above provisions, the feet do not constitute a hindrance for the installation of people. There is thus more space around the table and this increases the number of people that the table can receive.

It will be noted that the feet 2a, 2b will preferably be identical so as in particular to increase the standardization of manufacturing. The height of the feet 2a, 2b is chosen such that the upper face 10 of the tray is, with respect to the ground for example, at the height of a workbench, for example at the standard height of 85 cm. Users of the table 100 can thus work standing up for carrying out assembly, testing or prototype manufacturing operations, for example. The height of the table 100 may therefore be greater than the height of a normal table.

Thus, according to one characteristic, a footrest 3 is provided so that users can work in a seated position on chairs intended to go under the table. This footrest is coupled to the feet 2a, 2b, more precisely to the lower part 21 thereof by means of assembly and stabilization parts 6a, 6b visible in FIGS. 8 to 13 and described below. after. These parts make it possible to raise the footrest 3 relative to the parts 21.

This footrest 3 mounted in the parts 6a, 6b allows, according to one characteristic, to maintain the spacing between the lower parts 21 of the feet 2a, 2b. It will be noted that the fixing of the footrest 3, described below, using parts 6a, 6b is carried out between the ends of the part 21, namely, between the end of connection of the part 21 to the vertical part 20 and between the free end of part 21, so that it is easier to move the chairs around the table 100.

Damping means 7, such as an elastomeric ribbon or a sleeve, may be arranged (cf. FIG. 7) between the parts 6a, 6b and the footrest 3 to reduce noise and vibrations due to shocks, especially when people put their foot on the footrest or move and when shocks occur on the platform.

In an embodiment described below, the table is designed for six people, the feet 2a, 2b are metallic, the pieces 6a, 6b are made of plastic and the footrest 3 is made using tubular bars metallic.

First embodiment

In this mode visible in the figures, six inlaid zones of greater hardness 8 are provided (cf. FIGS. 1 and 2), for example in brushed aluminum, as described above, at the rate of one zone per person, the table being provided for a group of six people. Thus, it is designated a location per person to work in established mode. As mentioned above, the zones 8 are flush with the outside face 10 of the plate 1, which may be based on wood as mentioned above.

Zones 8 (see Fig. 2) have an angular shape. They are delimited towards the center of the plate 1 by at least one pointed edge. These zones 8 are separated from the ends 15, 18, 19 of the plate 1 by a thin strip of material. In a particular embodiment, this thin strip of material may be formed by the flat edge 13 (cf. FIG. 6), so as to facilitate the production of the recesses. A larger area of material exists between the ends of the two areas 8 closest to the axial end 14 and said end 14. The axial end 14 is inclined to facilitate viewing of the screen 4, the screen support 41 being fixed at this end under the plate 1 in the manner described above. Three zones 8 are adjacent respectively to the longitudinal end 18 and to the longitudinal end 19. Two end zones 8 are adjacent to the axial end 15, the end zone 8 adjacent to the end 18 being axially longer than the another extreme zone adjacent to the end 19. For more details on the contours of the different zones 8, refer to FIG. 2. The ends 18, 19 have concave shapes. The plate 1 is delimited by curved lines and oblique lines, the axial ends 14, 15 being inclined in the aforementioned manner.

Thus, the screen 4 is located at the axial end 14, while two people can sit at the other axial end 15 inclined.

Thanks to these provisions, the viewing axes between the participants and towards screen 4 are favored, as well as an arrangement of equals between the participants. The screen will advantageously be a commercial screen, for example at least 82 cm diagonal, such as 108 or 110 cm.

For more details, refer to Figs. 2 and 3 showing that the axial ends 14, 15 are connected to the longitudinal ends 18, 19 by means of convex roundings forming the corners of the table, so that the ends 14, 15 are delimited by inclined lines and convex curved lines. The radii of the connecting rounded edges of the larger axial end 15 with the longitudinal ends 18, 19 are greater than those of the connecting rounded edges of the longitudinal ends 18, 19 with the axial end 14. The ends 18, 19 are concave in shape and are delimited by inclined lines and concave curved lines.

More specifically, the end 18 is delimited, between the corners for connection at the ends 15, 14, by an inclined line connecting to a concave curved line extended by a protruding inclined line projecting smaller. The bottom of the end 18 of concave shape is delimited by the concave curved line.

The end 19 is delimited between the connection corners at the ends 15, 14, by an inclined line, shorter than that of the end 18, connecting to a concave curved line, deeper than that of the end 18, extended by a line inclined in the opposite direction protruding longitudinally of larger size. The bottom of the end 19 of concave shape is delimited by the concave curved line with a large gap 81 (cf. FIG. 2) between the lines inclined in the opposite direction from the end 19.

As visible in FIG. 2, zones 8f, called bottom zones, are adjacent to the bottoms of the ends 18, 19 being separated from these by a thin strip of material. The bottom zone 8f of the end 18 is closer to the axial end 14 than the bottom zone 8f of the end 19. This bottom zone 8f of the end 19 is an intermediate zone between two other zones 8 , while the bottom zone 8f of the end 18 is an extreme zone close to the axial end 14. The shape of the bottom zones 8f is dictated by the presence of the bottoms of the ends 18, 19. Thus, according to a characteristic , the bottoms of the longitudinal ends 18, 19 of concave shape are offset longitudinally relative to each other. They define between them a width narrowing between the longitudinal ends 18, 19.

The feet 2a and 2b are metallic and made economically by welding bars of the same hollow section. The bars may be made of stainless steel and have a square section of mm by 80 mm which are commercially available. As a variant, the section of the bars is rectangular.

Parts 21 and 22 may be identical as visible, for example in Fig. 5. More specifically, the lower part 21, horizontal for support on the ground, has two branches in the form of two hollow bars welded to the base of the vertical part 20 in the form of a bar. These bars in part 21 form a V, the top of which is welded to the base of part 20 as best seen in Fig. 3.

The upper part 22, horizontal for contact with the lower face 16 of the plate and support thereof, also comprises two branches in the form of two hollow bars welded to the top of the vertical part 20 in the form of a bar. These bars of part 22 form a V, the top of which is welded to the top of part 20. The parts 21, 22 are here identical and mutually parallel. The free ends of the V-shaped bars are directed outwards in the direction of the axial ends 14, 15 as shown in Fig.3. Thanks to these provisions, the table is very robust and is suitable for use as a bench or a work table in laboratory mode.

The V-shaped bars of each of the parts 21 and 22 can form a 90 ° angle between them to further increase the robustness of the table and properly support the tray 1.

By way of nonlimiting example, the length between the tops of the connecting corners of the longitudinal end 19 to the axial ends 14, 15 may be generally between 2.20 m and 2.50 m. The greatest width between the longitudinal ends 18, 19 at the axial end 15 may be generally between 1.20 m and 1.40. The distance between the free ends of the bars of parts 21 and 22 may be between 69 and 71 mm. The gap 81 may be between 23 and 26 cm.

The trunk 5 is interposed between the vertical bars of the parts 20, as visible in FIGS. 3 and 4. This trunk 5 is located under the assembly 51 and may include lugs for its fixing, for example by screwing or welding to the bars parts 20. These legs may form yokes. The bottom of the trunk 5 can be opened. The top of the trunk 5 is delimited by the underside 16 of the plate 1, more precisely by the hatches and the undersides of the notches of the assembly 51.

The trunk 5 may have two longitudinal walls as visible in Fig.3. These walls may be based on wood like the tray 1 or metallic. They may be integral with the legs fixed to the parts 20 and form a spacer between the parts

20. The cable-receiving box 5 can therefore be closed by the parts 20, as a variant, by walls perpendicular to the longitudinal walls of the box forming a spacer between the parts 20 of the feet.

The assembly 51 is located centrally in the plate between the pointed edges of the zones 8, as visible in FIG. 2. Two cable storage slots are located at the longitudinal end of the assembly 51 closest to the axial end 15, while two pairs of cable storage slots are located at the longitudinal end of the assembly 51 closest to the axial end 14. Between the notches, there are provided two access hatches to the aforementioned electrical supply sockets and the like.

In Fig. 14, showing the four notches closest to the end 14, it can be seen that the notches are intended to house switches 52 associated with the HDMI cables. The same is true of the two notches closest to the end 15.

Screen 4 can therefore be connected to users' computers via six HDMI cables connected to a splitter, of the type with 6 inputs and 1 output, installed under the table. The distributor is connected to the screen by a cable (good visible) using the passage formed by the hollow 17 (see Fig. 3) in the base of the bracket 41 for supporting the screen 4. The switches 52 allow users to take control of screen 4, for example to display the content of their computer screen. As shown in Fig. 14, it will be noted that the notches and the hatches may be surrounded by a strip of material of greater hardness 54 and of the same material as the zones 8. In practice (cf. FIG. 15), the user pulls on the cable to bring it into the position of use and connect it to his computer, the switch 52 being here then in contact with the zone 8 associated with the user. Then we put the cable away. Strips of material referenced 82 in FIG. 2, of the same nature as the zones 8 are inserted between the pointed tops of the zones 8 and the strip 54. These strips 82, 54 are embedded in the upper face of the plate and are flush with said face higher like the zones 8 of greater hardness. They can be fixed by gluing in their associated recess made in the upper face. You can put tools on these strips.

The footrest 3 includes, as best seen in Fig.3, two bars 30 and a shorter bar 31. The bars 30, 31 may be solid or hollow, as visible in Fig. 7. They can be made of aluminum or stainless steel. There is no need to provide another bar near the axial end 14 since the screen 4 is located at this location. The bars 30, 31 are here of circular section.

The footrest 3 is coupled to the branches of the lower part 21 of the feet 2a, 2b using assembly and stabilization parts 6a, 6b, such as plastic parts, to raise the footrest 3 relative to the lower part 21 of the feet 2a, 2b and to the ground.

The connecting pieces 6a, 6b are hollow in shape and comprise (Figs. 8 to 13) each at least one head 60, 61-66, provided with a housing for receiving the end of a bar 30, 31 The housing has a diameter d4 as a function of the external diameter of the bars 30, 31. The ends of the bars 30, 31 are drilled (cf. reference 32 in FIG. 7) for their attachment to the head concerned 60, 61-66, using a bolt passing through the opening 32 and a corresponding opening 65 of the head of diameter d3 (cf. Figs. 10 and 13).

Each part 6a, 6b has a base 62a, 62b generally in the form of a ring provided with holes 67 of diameter d5 (cf. FIG. 9) for fixing the base and the part 6a, 6b to the associated bar of the part 21 using for example screws. The base ring has a width d1 and an external diameter d2 (see Figs. 9 and 12). Note that the base 62a has a pierced ear, not identified (see Fig. 9).

Each head has a body 63a, 63b, here of frustoconical shape connecting its base to its head. The height of each of the parts 6a, 6b is indicated by the dimension 64 in FIG. 10. Thanks to the parts 6a, 6b, the bars 30, 31 of the footrest 3 can be raised by the desired height relative to the parts 21 and to the ground.

Damping means 7, such as a ribbon or an elastomer ring are provided between the parts 6a, 6b and the footrest 3. In this embodiment (cf. FIG. 7), it is a ring 7 interposed radially between the end of the bar 30, 31 concerned and the internal bore of the housing of diameter d4 of the head concerned. The holes 32, 65 for passing the bolt are located at the level of the tape 7. Thus, the ends of the bars 30, 31 are fixed elastically to the heads 60, 61-66, of the parts 6a, 6b, which allows the noises and shocks.

The pieces 6a each have two heads 60, 61 located at 90 ° from each other with each a hole 65.

The bar 31 extends between the two heads facing the two parts 6a fixed via their base 62a on the V-shaped branches of the part 21 of the foot 2a.

The bars 30 are located on either side of the trunk 5. Each bar 30 is located on one side of the trunk 5 between a pair of bars respectively from part 21 of foot 2a and part 21 of foot 2b. More specifically, the parts 6b have a single head 66. The ends of the bars 30 are fixed elastically via the means 7 respectively to the other head of the part 6a and to the head 66 opposite the part 6b.

Thus, four connecting pieces 6a, 6b are provided from the footrest 3 to the feet 2a, 2b, namely, two connecting pieces 6a each dedicated to one of the bars of the part 21 of the foot 2a and two connecting pieces each dedicated to one of the bars in part 21 of foot 2b.

It will be appreciated that the bars 30 each connect two branches, here in the form of bars, of the parts 21 of one of the feet 2a and of the other foot 2b, so that the feet 2a, 2b are well held together. The bars 30 increase the robustness of the table and constitute housings between the feet. Good filtration of vibrations and shocks between the two feet is obtained, in particular thanks to the elastomeric means 7.

It will be appreciated that the pieces 6a, 6b are each fixed between the ends of a bar concerned in part 2, for example in the middle, so that they do not constitute a hindrance for the movement of the chairs around the table.

This embodiment is simple and economical because it uses in particular components 1, 2a, 2b, 6a, 6b, 7, 30, 31 simple and economical

Other embodiments

Table 100 can be configured to accommodate 4, 6 or even 8 people. To do this, the length of the table can be narrowed or lengthened lengthwise. You can also widen the table to set up an additional person at the inclined axial end, so that the table can be provided for 5, 7 or 9 people.

We can add two tables upside down to accommodate more people.

The number of zones of greater hardness 8 may be less than the number of people that the table can accommodate. For example, the two zones 8 adjacent to the axial end 15 can be modified to constitute only one zone 8, in particular for placing larger parts or products. Likewise, each of the two other zones adjacent to each of the ends 18, 19 can be arranged together so that the table top 1 may include 3 zones.

Two screens 4 can be installed at the axial end 14.

The feet 2a, 2b may be metallic and integral, being obtained by molding. The parts 21, 22 of at least one of the feet may be full. The footrest 3 can be made using solid or hollow bars. The bars 30 (FIG. 3) may have different lengths in certain applications.

The upper parts 22 may be different from the lower parts 21, in particular in terms of their shape and / or their size, knowing that the parts 22 support the plate 1.

Thus, at least one of the parts 22 may have two branches fixed to the vertical part 20 to form a part 22 in the shape of a C.

As a variant, the size and / or the shape of the feet 2a, 2b may be different.

Applications

The collaborative table according to the invention can be used for educational purposes in schools and training centers. It can also be used in design offices and in production sites, in particular to analyze defective parts.

Of course, the invention is not limited to the embodiments which have been described more particularly here by way of example. Those skilled in the art, depending on the applications of the invention, may make various modifications and variants which fall within the scope of the appended claims.

Multimodal collaborative table of the type comprising a plate (1) of tortuous shape carrying a screen (4), at least one zone of material (8) embedded in the upper face (10) of the plate and of hardness greater than that of the body of the tray, and feet (2a, 2b) located under the tray to support it. 2. Table (100) according to claim 1, in which the number of inlaid areas of greater hardness (8) is equal to the number of people working in a group, such as a group of six people, that the table can accommodate. 3.
