Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une électrode de batterie à revêtement d'encre discontinu, comprenant les étapes suivantes : - réalisation de zones d'encre (16) sur un premier tronçon longitudinal (26a) d'un support métallique (22), et d'au moins une zone d'encre additionnelle (32) sur au moins un second tronçon longitudinal (26b) du support, les zones (16, 32) formant conjointement un revêtement de support agencé de telle sorte qu'au moins une zone d'encre additionnelle (32) d'un second tronçon se situe en regard latéralement de chaque zone évidée (40) agencée entre deux zones d'encre (16) directement consécutives du premier tronçon (26a) ; - calandrage du support métallique (22) équipé de son revêtement (16, 32), le rouleau de calandrage situé du côté du revêtement étant en permanence au contact de ce revêtement durant le calandrage ; et - séparation des tronçons (26a, 26b) de manière à obtenir l'électrode.
